There is only ONE small restaurant with quite a limited menu.
I unfortunately have to say that there were several negative things for the size of this hotel. Restaurant food was decent and friendly staff. Please feel free to call me directly so I can make it right.First the positive points: Clean room and very comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Again our apologies for the disappointing experience. To avoid this in the future I recommended booking at, directly where we always guarantee the lowest public rates. Our Honors members receive complimentary WIFI, but it is true that the Hilton Honors benefits are based on qualified reservations which does exclude OTA and some third party sites. Regarding the internet, we do charge $5.95 per day, 50% less than our competitor hotels. When you stay at a Hilton hotel you expect the very best and I am sorry that we did not live up to this hospitality promise. I can only imagine how frustrating this ordeal must have been. It seems that we dropped the ball on this occasion. Our loyal Honors members are regular and enjoy their experiences. The hotel is know for its excellent hospitality and professionalism. This hotel is the same price as the Hyatt Place and worth less than half of that. At that point I complained about all the issues we overlooked and a staff brought up clean bedding for us. I offered my confirmation email stating free WiFi and was again refused which is confusing because they honored the reservation itself. The final straw was being told by the front desk that they do not honor claims of free WiFi when bookings are made through 3rd party sites. The bedding odor was particularly offensive, smelling of sweat with holes in it. It was equally bad with tall weeds surrounding the pool, cracked concrete and dilapidated furniture. We specifically chose this hotel for the outdoor pool. The housekeeper across the hall did kindly vacuum when asked. Our room floor clearly had not been vacuumed with a toenail clipping laying by the bed upon arrival and a sewer smell hung in the bathroom. If we hadn't prepaid as non-refundable, we would not have stayed here. We decided last minute to stay in Kansas City and booked this hotel via Trip Advisor through.
